What steps are involved?

Once given the green light, SI.DE leads the project through conceptual design,planning and approvals. We then move into construction, overseeing the build toensure it aligns with your vision. Our collaborative approach invites client input,making the experience enjoyable while ensuring the project’s longevity.

How long does a project take?

Project timing can vary. On average, the design process takes six to nine monthsto complete, with on-site construction ranging from 12 months upwards,depending on the project scope. We collaborate with you to establish a realisticschedule and manage every stage thoughtfully.

How do you charge?

We charge on a fixed-fee basis and provide clear, detailed cost estimates forevery stage.

How do you keep the project on budget?

Regular communication and proactive planning ensure that all project expensesalign with budget expectations. SI.DE manages each stage to optimise costswithout compromising on quality.

Can you recommend builders and other trades, and will you work with my chosen builder?

SI.DE can help you select tradespeople from our trusted contractors andsuppliers. We also welcome partnering with your preferred builder or other trades.
